To add a new question go to app settings and press "Manage Questions" button.

If you need to make an adjustment to your order (wrong size, wrong color, address, etc.), please email us at customerservice@boldfaithmerch.com and we will try our best to accommodate your adjustment. Once your order has been processed, no adjustments can be made. Please carefully review all product and shipping details before checking out.
Under no circumstances can we subtract or add items to an order. If the order has not yet been processed, we can cancel the order and you can place a new order.
If you received a damaged, defected , or incorrect product, please email us at customerservice@boldfaithmerch.com and we will gladly rectify the issue and resend your order.
